Brouss completed a full modernization of the two duplex geared traction elevators (350 fpm, 3,500 lb, nine landings): restored geared machines, a new Alpha controller, rope gripper emergency brake, new governor and hoist ropes, GAL door operators, roller guides, new buffers, vandal-resistant fixtures and refreshed cabins, integrated with the emergency generator and CCTV.
