Preventive Maintenance Program

Each elevator will be visited, inspected and maintained a minimum of one time per month

These service visits will be performed during regular business days and hours. Based in your maintenance plan, selective parts can be included. Examination, lubrication and adjustment will cover the following components of the elevator system:

  • Control and landing positioning systems
  • Signal fixtures
  • Machines, drives, motors, governors, sheaves, and ropes (if applicable)
  • Power units, Pumps, Valves, and jacks (if applicable)
  • Car and Hoistway door operating devices and door protection equipment
  • Load weighs, car frames, platforms, and counterweight
  • Safety Mechanisms
  • Examine your elevator equipment for optimum operation.
  • Lubricate equipment for smooth and efficient performance.
  • Adjust elevator parts and components to maximize performance and safe operation.
  • Documentall maintenance and repair work performed in Brouss' Online Task & Log Books.
  • Cleaningof the machine room, car top, and pit of debris related to our work in these areas, periodically
