This landmark facility serves as the central administrative hub for the Miami-Dade County Public Schools district, housing key departments that oversee educational policy, budgeting, and operations. It plays a pivotal role in facilitating efficient governance and supporting the district’s 392 schools and over 345,000 students.
Brouss Elevators completed a full modernization of the existing traction elevators in Group #3, which includes elevators #5 and #6 (duplex). The scope of work focused on upgrading systems to meet current safety codes, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure long-term reliability for daily use by staff and visitors.
