New Traction Elevator Installation in a Miami Residential Building

Brouss Elevators completed a turnkey new traction elevator installation at 652 NE Building, a residential building in Miami, FL. The scope covered the machine, governor and hoisting equipment, control system, wiring, cab and interior finishes, entrances, doors, fixtures and safety systems. The elevator passed final testing and commissioning and is fully in service.
