Flagler Plaza

West Flagler Plaza is a small shopping center, with an elevator built in 1982, where locals from West Miami attend for their daily activities. This elevator was down for some time! The unit had seen its best years pass by, however we were able to do a full upgrade, bring it to the current elevator safety code and get it back to working in only 2 weeks!
